Hi! I just had an idea about games on steam. Before I start though, I would like to say no matter how much you complain about Steams quality control problem and the whole thing with Hatred; shitty games have always existed. They shouldn't and we wish they didn't, but they do. Just like there always shitty books, movies, tv shows, and music, though at the same time some of it is based on opinion, but when it comes to games, most times it is a clearly shitty game. Even triple A games can turn into shit, but I can't mention one off the top of my head, so I'll move on. What my idea is, what if we could make a program or system where either certain developers, or game studios could fix certain games or offer to help? And I don't mean ones like the sonic boom game; personally it's not completely bad, but I do find the story boring and predictable. We could get a company to offer to help some people on steam to offer advice and guide them on any problems with the game. Cause there was some games last year I heard and saw that sucked balls and was extremely lazy. Also, they could maybe help them learn how to deal with critics. I heard a zombie game was given poor reviews and the developed not only deleted those reviews, but I heard he insults the people who reviewed them. I heard even famous youtuber, Total Biscuit's video review was flag for copyright cause he gave a poor review. I know the old saying,"an artist is their own worst critic", but at a level like this is just unmeasurable. Why must they do that? I think even jim sterling was attacked cause he gave a game a bad review; i believe it was h1z1, but correct me if I'm wrong in the comment. Now, me and my producer; tresson himself, are not game developers. We are writers and artist. But we would hope that people could learn from critic's comments and hopefully fix their games; especially when it's in early access.  Also, just to say a lil bout something that happen last year. This gamergate thing. Understand, we have no opinion on political things and personally hate topics like them, but from what my producer read and researched, it just sounds like a bunch of people complaining. That's not how you fix thing! You don't make death threats! If you threat someones life, you are scum! From what we understand it started from a lady who created a game called depression quest. We don't know what it about or what the game is like, but I'm sure it's still a game. Everybody always debating on what a game is. Are you high? A game is, and we got this from a wiki, game is structured playing, usually undertaken for enjoyment and sometimes used as an educational tool.[1] Games are distinct from work, which is usually carried out for remuneration, and from art, which is more often an expression of aesthetic or ideological elements. However, the distinction is not clear-cut, and many games are also considered to be work (such as professional players of spectator sports/games) or art (such as jigsaw puzzles or games involving an artistic layout such as Mahjongsolitaire, or some video games). And, I ain't editing those links; click them as you wish. So, in a some what general sense; almost anything can be a game! Are sports not games cause there played outside and not indoors? are they not games cause their being played for competition or sport? Sometimes, life is a game! I mean, come on, people! Stop trying to take the fun outta stuff by trying to redefine what a game is!
